Everything shifted for me when I turned sixty and faced the daunting prospect of hip surgery. Except, I discovered chair fitness as a means of recovery and building strength. Combining my professional background in healthcare with my life experiences, I came up with the phrase "Ageless Movement" to motivate people to rediscover their lost energy.
